Food is a combination of technique, knowledge, science and imagination. This is my statement as a Gastronomy and Culinary Arts trained chef. After working in hospitality industry as a chef and the manager, I was defeated by the idea of combining food with science and creativity; therefore did MSc. Food Innovation.
